Established by Art Incubator in early 2019, SHIRLOW STREET STUDIOS offers visual artists in Sydney a fresh opportunity to further their professional practice through subsidised rent and inclusive peer-support platforms.

Stevie is among seven other emerging and established artists in residence at the studio working across painting, sculpture, photography, and installation. Artists include Will Cooke, Cybele Cox, David Griggs, Philjames, Mason Kimber, Izabela Pluta and Tim Silver.

To celebrate the studio launch, Art Incubator and the studio artists will open their doors to the public for a special open day event on Saturday 4 May, from 11am to 5pm. Visitors will have the opportunity to meet the artists and preview their studios. Guided studio tours and presentations with the artists will take place at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm.
