Congratulations to Simone Douglas on being selected as a finalist in the 2024 Northern Beaches Environmental Art and Design Award for her single channel video work Chronology.

The annual award presents innovative and thought-provoking artworks from 200 finalists from across Australia.

These artists and designers responded to the theme of the environment, with the aim to inspire real world change. This exciting and relevant annual exhibition connects audiences with new ideas, innovative practices and critical reflection.

Finalists will exhibit their work from Fri 2  – Sun 25 August at Mosman Art Gallery & Museum.

The 2024 judges are renowned experts in their field, fashion designer Genevieve Smart (Ginger & Smart), industrial designer Trent Jansen and visual artist Khaled Sabsabi.
