Congratulations to Cyrus Tang, Owen Leong and Yioryios on being selected as finalists in the 2016 Woollahra Small Sculpture Prize.

Established in 2001, the Woollahra Small Sculpture Prize attracts strong support from artists, collectors and critics and is the first national acquisitive prize for an original, freestanding sculpture of up to 80cm in any dimension.

Over 614 entries from Australian and international artists were received in 2016 with 46 finalists selected for the exhibition.

This year’s guest judges are Wendy Whiteley OAM (Ambassador for the Visual Arts), Rhonda Davis (Senior Curator at Macquarie University Art Gallery) and Barry Keldoulis (CEO and Group Fairs Director of Art Fairs Australia). The winner of the 2016 Woollahra Small Sculpture Prize will be announced on 14 October 2016.
