The Other Art Fair
Sydney 2017

Artereal’s Gallery Manager Rhianna Walcott was recently invited to sit on the Selection Committee for the 2017 Sydney edition of The Other Art Fair.

Presented by Saatchi Art, The Other Art Fair is Sydney’s leading fair to meet and buy art direct from 100 of the very best emerging and unrepresented artists.

An international platform for emerging artists, The Other Art Fair connects buyers directly with top undiscovered artistic talent, hand-picked by a committee of art industry experts.

Alongside her fellow committee members, Rebecca Wilson (Saatchi Art, VP Art Advisory and Chief Curator), Annette Larkin (Fine Art Consultant), Michelle Newton (Art Critic and Author) and Ramesh Nithiyendran (Acclaimed Artist), Rhianna and the selection committee were asked to select the final list of 100 artists from over 700 applications.

Following two succesful editions in Sydney, The Other Art Fair Sydney returns this 26-29 October 2017 to Eveleigh’s Australian Technology Park.

Celebrated for its unique visitor experience, The Other Art Fair Sydney’s third edition, organised by Fair Director Zoe Paulsen, will continue to delight and inspire art lovers with a tightly curated and distinctive program of fair features that will create a platform for the ‘unexpected’ at the fair.
